RIS Rubber Bulgaria is located in Kula, in the northwest of the country. It is one of RIS Rubber’s two production sites. Our Bulgarian facility does not operate independently in the market and produces exclusively on behalf of RIS Rubber Netherlands.
Standardised processes and product groups at our Bulgarian facility enable us to efficiently produce larger series. This is primarily for the agricultural, recycling and automotive sectors.
The production facility in Bulgaria houses 75 moulding machines – 25 injection moulding machines and 50 compression moulding machines – in a wide variety of sizes. With this extensive array of machinery and a team of 140 employees, we offer a wide range of production capabilities and can serve our customers effectively. Every day, products are shipped worldwide from our Bulgarian location. Please note: all customer contact is handled through our location in the Netherlands.
The production facility in Bulgaria is designed to manufacture a wide range of rubber products, either made entirely of rubber or combined with metal. Thanks to seamless coordination between departments, production continues round the clock. Like RIS Rubber Netherlands, RIS Rubber Bulgaria is ISO 9001 certified.
In Bulgaria, approximately 70% of the products we manufacture are rubber to metal bondings. With the right pretreatment of the metal, both materials can be combined into a single product. Learn more about bonding metal and rubber here.
