THE PROCESS
It all starts in the R&D department. Working closely with you, we design the rubber product and then proceed to make the mould. Whether you have a clear solution in mind or are facing a challenge, our engineers have all the expertise needed to deliver the right end product. First, we create a mould, followed by a test production run. Once the product from the new mould is approved, series production begins. We use advanced machinery and equipment, and strict quality checks are carried out to ensure the products meet RIS Rubber’s high quality standards. As the final step, the products undergo a thorough inspection. If desired, we can test them with our advanced testing equipment.
