With our four advanced test benches, we can efficiently and expertly address a wide range of testing requirements. These facilities enable us to conduct both static and dynamic tests, as well as perform shear testing.

Static tests are carried out on rubber products that will be subjected to forces while stationary. We measure critical properties such as spring stiffness and axial, radial, torsional and cardanic stiffness. Loads can be applied at varying speeds, and we can perform static tests with loads of up to 2,200 tonnes.

Dynamic tests are carried out on rubber products that will be moving at high frequencies, such as automotive components, where vibration damping and heat generation are critical factors. Using our dynamic test bench, we evaluate compressive and tensile forces to determine the maximum loads the rubber product can withstand, as well as the amount of heat produced, called Heat Build-up (HBU).

In addition to static and dynamic tests, we also offer shear testing. This facility allows us to evaluate rubber products for shearing under compression. This is particularly relevant for applications such as fenders, which require simultaneous testing of lateral forces and deformations.
