We are proud to announce that Royal IHC and RIS Rubber have entered into a partnership for the production of rubber moulded products. Driven by its ambition to serve customers with a local and reliable partner for rubber products, Royal IHC turned to RIS Rubber.

After several exploratory discussions, it was concluded that Royal IHC’s needs were perfectly matched by RIS Rubber’s capabilities. The open and constructive communication between both parties formed the basis for mutual trust and resulted in the signing of a partnership agreement, which focuses on the joint interests of both parties and their customers.

WORKING TOGETHER FOR SUCCESS

STARTING PRODUCTION

Based on a jointly developed plan, production was then successfully integrated into the RIS Rubber factory in Lelystad. The transition presented various technical and organisational challenges, but thanks to the combination of RIS Rubber’s process knowledge and Royal IHC’s product-specific expertise, the implementation proceeded efficiently and in a controlled manner.

Within a period of less than a year, RIS Rubber successfully integrated the entire production process in Lelystad. This achievement is the result of a carefully executed process, in which continuity for existing customers was guaranteed, despite the addition of the new production volume for Royal IHC.

The entire range of rubber products is now manufactured in Lelystad. Every week, the factory arranges transport to Kinderdijk, including rubber combi rings, bottom doors and various types of sealing rings, such as jet water seals and lip seals.
