RIS Rubber has invested in a new compression moulding press

The brand new compression moulding press was installed in the Lelystad factory in March 2019. Despite being incredibly heavy, the operation to locate the press was neatly carried out thanks to the skill and competence of the Jan van Dam Group. The new compression moulding press weighs 30,000 kg and has a clamping force of 1,000 tons. Read more

New: RIS Rubber facilitates shear tests

RIS – rubber as art!

Although our moulded rubber products usually perform their functions in the agricultural or shipping industries, RIS Rubber can now also be admired in the art gallery. Roosendaal-based artist Wim Noordam has interpreted a large, circular bonding of rubber and metal in an impressive manner. Read more

RIS Rubber invests in five new presses

RIS Rubber made an enormous investment this year when it purchased no less than five new presses. Some of the presses were replacements for obsolete equipment but they were also part of the company's strategy to enable it to respond to the increasing demand for moulded rubber products. Read more
