Corporate social responsibility is a key consideration for RIS Rubber, both in our work and in our dealings with the environment, communities and relationships. Highly skilled employees at our production locations in Bulgaria and the Netherlands ensure that we develop, produce and deliver high-quality products in a responsible manner.

ISO-certified

Our QESH team (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health) measures and assesses the set standards, reporting on a daily basis whether these have been met. Both our production sites are ISO 9001-certified for their quality management systems. We are also aiming to achieve the ISO 14001 certificate in 2018 by optimising our environmental management system.

Training and development of employees

RIS Rubber deems it essential that the business invest in its employees and stimulate them to develop their skills in their specific area of expertise. The newest high-tech production processes require increasing levels of knowhow and responsibility from our employees. We invest in our people by providing training and education, while technical expertise and manpower are also exchanged between our two production facilities.
