In late September, a start will be made on the demolition of our office building at Pekstraat 7 in Lelystad. Lelystad-based builders Van Wijnen will realise the new RIS Rubber business premises. Office staff will be accommodated temporarily in a workspace across the street at Pekstraat 2.

The relocation

From 6 September 2019, the offices of RIS Rubber will be housed at the ‘neighbours across the street’ in Pekstraat 2, where the Anviri Cosmetics company has its business premises ( Pekstraat 2-4). We will be renting the first floor of these premises until our own office building is ready for occupation. Our postal address will remain unchanged.
Production in Lelystad will continue as usual throughout the rebuilding, so our customers need not be inconvenienced in any way. Needless to say, we will keep delivering the service you are accustomed to.

Progress of building plans

Builders Van Wijnen plan to start their building activities in late September. This is a company that specialises in realising buildings which elevate the quality of working, learning and living. The building work is expected to take approximately six months. A time-lapse camera will keep track of daily progress. Updates on the building process will feature frequently on our social media channels.
